Return/ Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full prior to delivery. Payment made ahead of time must be made through either credit cards or company checks. Credit cards and cash will be accepted on-site.

Equipment shall be delivered directly to booth.

RTx Inc. is not responsible for exhibitor drayage charges.

Electrical services will be provided on request and charged separately from costs listed in the RTx inc. store. Electrical mains and current consumed are not included in costs quoted or charged by RTx inc.

Refunds and Cancellations

30 days prior to show we will refund 75% of the total cost.

15 days prior to show we will refund 25% of the total cost.

14 days prior to the day prior to load in day we will refund 10% refund of the total cost.

Once equipment has been delivered to booth we will not refund any funds.
